Rookie Mistakes or Calculated Gambles?

Throughout this campaign season in the United States, a lot of discussion has taken place about how Hilary Clinton is the MORE EXPERIENCED of the two, yet I wonder, is she? I mean given all the so called ‘mistakes‘ that she has made over this campaign, how does it stack up to her claim of being the Most Experienced? Of being the ONE YOU WANT answering that Red Phone at 3am?

Think about it for a few minutes.

I don’t get a vote, so frankly my opinion is taken as an outsider, so maybe I am a bit more objective than those who do have a vote, but given all of the hoopla, and the importance, maybe it is something American’s should look more closely at.

Take her comments with John Edwards after the first debate, where she wanted to eliminate all those Second Tier Candidates, because they simply weren’t gonna win anyhow, so who needed their input.  A lot was made of how it was a mistake, that she didn’t know about the open mike, but come on, a suave sophisticated politician doesn’t know when a Microphone is live or not?

Then how about her support of Eliot Spitzer, the former Governor of New York and his desire to give everyone a Driver’s License, to help lower costs of insurance and make the roads safer, while endangering the safety of All Americans. I mean come on, giving Illegal People a Driver’s License plus a free pass to get a Voter’s Card?

Then there is the on going campaign funding nonsense, about people giving thousands of dollars who live in Chinatown, or in cardboard boxes, that is supposedly old news, because well it was also a factor in her Husband’s fund raising drive. Yet she keeps on loaning her campaign money, while throwing lavish buffets.

Let us not forget the good old RIght Wing Conspiracy that is now joined by the Gender Conspiracy concept. This is where she claims that the Right Wing Conservatives who support the Republican Party are out to destroy her and her husband, at any cost.  Now she has added all Men to that Conspiracy, because well NO MAN WANTS A WOMAN IN CHARGE.

Then there is the Attack Ads she launched, claiming it was in self defence because Obama did it first, though she couldn’t name any such ads until after her infamous 3am Ringing Phone ad was out and responded to.

Can’t forget her UNDER SNIPER FIRE quote either, where her excuse for it was that she was tired. Now I don’t know, but like when is any President actually fully rested and NOT TIRED? Kind of shows how she would be the least likely person you want answering that Red Phone at 3am, doesn’t it?

Then of course how she made her case for being the Nominee because well, Obama is Black and White America isn’t going to support a Black Man for President. Now, tell me again, how that isn’t Racist Hilary?

While it appears true that many low income White Citizens won’t Vote for a Black Man, it doesn’t make it right, does it? Then too her responses to the racially charged comments made by Tim Hardaway, and shock Jock Imus are rather telling too.

Then there is the whole Michigan and Florida crap too. She blames Obama for not allowing those states to have their delegates seated, but truth is that it was the DNC who penalized them, who told candidates to NOT CAMPAIGN THERE, and while She basically ignored that, Obama followed the rules, and he now is being asked to possible allow the nomination be taken from him, but allowing a vote that he was not allowed to campaign in, over ride the choices.

Seriously, how is that his fault? I mean even Lou Dobbs can’t see that simple point, that Hilary won those states, BY NOT PLAYING BY THE RULES. So why should she be given their delegates?  Let them in, yes, but let them vote as they choose, or give half and half to each Candidate. I mean come on, you can’t use the Vote as being an honest vote anyhow. When one side isn’t allowed to campaign, you have to be honest to say that the vote was Rigged.

Then the whole Pastor Wright stuff, where she says she’d have left long before, but somehow doesn’t mind John Hagee supporting McCain.

Now the Kennedy gaff. She didn’t mean it, she was only trying to show how nominations have been decided in June, as her excuse for adding more to the already trouble filled Kennedy Clan. I mean to bring up the Assassination of Robert Kennedy, just after Ted Kennedy comes home after being told he has a deadly brain tumor, shows a lot of tact, a lot of caring.  RIGHT?

Or is all this merely a gamble, to try and get her digs in, but not take heat for them? Is it simply an attempt to undermine the other candidate, while keeping herself clean? I mean like all the surrogate crap that has gone on, and she wasn’t aware of it? It was all down without her approval, like the Geraldine Ferraro garbage? Introducing race into the issue was just a spur of the moment thing?

Is this who people truly want to be their President? One who makes mistake after mistake, and who can’t even manage the million dollar campaign budget properly, but can handle a 3 Trillion Dollar National Budget?

Think about it, do you really want tired. out of sorts. Hilary Clinton answering that Red Phone at 3am?
